Environmental Plant Physiology
Environmental plant physiology lab studies the interaction between plant and environmental factors such as low temperature, drought and salinity which adversely affect production of horticultural crop. Plants are believed to possess ability to withstand such environmental stresses so that it is essential to understand mechanisms involved in such reaction. Large number of horticultural crops are produced during off-season, indicating that they are grown under hostile conditions. To achieve best performance of plants in such environments, we should understand how plants are acted to overcome stresses.

Greenhouse Horticulture, Vegetable crop Science
- Aims of Education and Researches: We are after into dynamic climate condition in the glasshouses and plastic houses for instance light, temperature, humidity, climate, and root area condition, and so on, needed for intensively producing vegetables, horticulture, and floricultural industries. Our scientific study is aiming to better find the Optimum condition for maximum yield per square meter and even increasing product quality. Our ultimate plans are modeling on over entangled correlations between plants and ambient factors.
- The discipline and contents of investigation: Algorithm of computerizing the composite environmental control and nutrient solution control system must be optimized for plants with the suitable environment of growth and development and we fancy analysis of muddled growth and development responses using the growth model of greenhouse crops
